COACH MARK OZUROVICH
Mark Ozurovich has always had a passion for fitness and has dedicated his life to helping others achieve their goals. He has over 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and a personal trainer. His professional certifications include:
-National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer
-NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist
-NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist.
In addition, he is a current USA Powerlifting athlete. He has expertise including, but not limited to Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Kettlebell lifting, athletic training, and of course nutrition. Mark prides himself on creating a training environment that is both engaging and effective.
COACH JACK VAN DAM
Jack Van Dam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Jack earned his formal education at Midland University in Nebraska where he played football and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance with concentrations in Strength and Conditioning as well as Sports Marketing and Management. As an undergrad Jack served in multiple positions in the Strength and Conditioning field including the following:
-Head Strength and Conditioning Intern; Midland University; 2 Years
-Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach; Servite High School; 1 year
-Head Student Consultant, Human Performance Department; Midland University; 2 Years
-Personal Trainer; Genesis Health Clubs; 1 Year
-Head Strength and Conditioning Coach; Valencia High School
-Performance Intern; Prosport PT and Performance
-USA Weightlifting Performance Coach; Active Barbell Club
Jack is currently working towards earning his Master’s Degree in Sports Management at Cal State University, Long Beach. He is also a USA Weightlifting national level competitor at the 96kg weight class and participates in recreational leagues for football and volleyball.
