Classes & Schedule

Daily workouts will consist of both strength and conditioning aspects and will be continuously varied from week to week. Workout in a supportive and encouraging environment. Classes are fun yet competitive and suited for every fitness level, age or gender.

FIRST DAY
On your first day please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any paperwork and to accommodate yourself with the gym. Make sure you bring a towel to wipe down any equipment, and water to stay hydrated and it is always recommended to eat something light before your workout.
MONDAY: EXPLODE
Start your week off right in this lower body emphasis training session where you will use progressive strength exercises and plyometric to burn the maximum number of calories possible.

TUESDAY: PRESS
Train the muscles in your body involved in pushing and pressing movements. Essential to increase your upper body strength and tone your arms and shoulders.

WEDNESDAY: DRIVE
This lower body training session puts emphasis on the back part of your legs, hitting some of the biggest and most important muscles in your body.

Daily Focus on Core, Flexibility and Mobilization
The core is the foundation of your body, and we make sure your foundation is as strong as can be. We want to make sure you recover correctly and remain as athletic as possible. At the end of each training session we take time stretching and mobilizing your muscles and joints.
